Product Warranty
At JingleBox, we pay special attention to the quality of our products. In accordance with French law, all our items benefit from the applicable legal warranties.
Legal Warranty of Conformity
In accordance with Articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from a 2-year legal warranty of conformity starting from the date of delivery of the product.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects or non-conformities existing at the time of delivery. If the product received does not match its description, cannot be used under normal conditions, or shows a defect, you may request its repair, replacement, or refund.
Warranty Against Hidden Defects
You also benefit from the warranty against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. This warranty applies to defects that were not apparent at the time of purchase and that make the product unfit for its intended use.
In this case, you have 2 years from the discovery of the defect to act, and you may request either a cancellation of the sale or a reduction in price.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear due to use

Damage caused by poor maintenance, improper use, or accidents

Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties
