How can I track my order?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. Simply click on this link or copy the tracking number into the tracking section on the carrier’s website to see the status of your delivery.

Where can I find my tracking number?

  • In your shipping confirmation email

  • In your customer account under “My Orders,” if you created an account when placing your order

If you cannot find your tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.

Delivery times

Delivery times are generally 3 to 6 business days for mainland France, starting from the shipping date. This time frame may vary slightly depending on the period or the carrier.

Order not received or delayed

If your order has not been delivered within the indicated timeframe or if the tracking information has not been updated, please wait 24 to 48 hours, as some updates may appear with a slight delay.
